The apartment was built in 2007 but has never been occupied.  It is spacious and has a good layout.  The kitchen is partially equipped and has a veranda.  The living room has an electric fireplace, the space is large enough to split into a living and dining area.  There is also a veranda off the living room.  There is central heating throughout the apartment and private parking for one car in the garage.
