Two houses currently under construction both with excellent outside space.  The materials used in the construction are of a high standard.  The interior layouts are practical and well thought out.  The properties each have a garage with electronic doors, pre installation for air conditioning and central heating.  The plots of the properties differ in size and one of the houses will have a pool.  A pool can be added/negotiated to house without a pool.
