The house is centrally located in Fuseta and consists of two bedrooms (12.4m²/9m²), a bathroom (5m²), a living room which is joined by a breakfast bar to the kitchen (15m²), plus a balcony and roof terrace. One of the bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe. The total useable area of the house is 93m². The kitchen comes complete with hob, oven and fridge.

About Fuseta/Fuzeta
There is an ongoing debate as to how to spell the name of this town but officially it is spelt Fuseta (at the moment).  This was a fishing village and it is now a seaside town, with promenades and its own beach, as well as a camping site. There is also a ferry to the island of Armona, where there are further beaches. The town overlooks part of the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
