Mediated properties
When evaluating a possible deal comparing price per square meter with the average price in the same area is not good enough, so we have chosen to maintain this site area to provide potential clients the ability to inspect properties that have been successfully mediated by us.
Suspended properties
Not all the properties that enter our database end been mediated by us, the owner can simply remove it from the market. There are several reasons for the seller to withdrawn the property from the market these include: the market price is too low compared with the seler expectations (that are usualy high); the owner has manage to sell its property directly or simply because he changes his mind and decided not to sell anymore.
